There are huge numbers of museums in the center of Yerevan, but some parts of them are remains in the suburbs. Most visited of them is Matenadaran , an ancient manuscript of books which has been reconstructed in 2012. The second most visited museum is National Art Gallery which is situated in the heart of the city. You can find a rich collection of Russian and West European paintings; it’s a member of the International Association of Fine Arts museum.
